In September 2014, the Evangelical School of Theology Educational Center organized an OAT conference “Faces of Leadership” that attracted over 150 participants.

It is an overwhelming task to describe to you the impact of the most recent mission trip to Evangelical School of Theology, Wroclaw, Poland from September 3 – 11, 2014. There were 16 participants (14 from White Memorial Presbyterian Church in Raleigh, NC, and two from Jackson, Mississippi's First Baptist Church).

About 4,000 people from Central and Eastern Europe participated in a Meeting of Christians in Centennial Hall in Wroclaw.

This event was attended by students in the B.A. program, participants in the Open Academy of Theology (for churches) and Academy of Third Age (for seniors) as well as EST faculty and administrative staff.

At a recent panel discussion of the legacy of 4 theologians (two men and two women; Protestant, Catholic and Jewish), we were asked, “what kind of theology do we need in order to meet?”

As in the case of other great people, it is possible to talk of many faces of John Paul II. However, at least here in Poland, it is impossible to deny his great heart, his humbleness and his deep faith. He is a great witness of faithfulness to many of Poles.

The rebranding event took place on April 12, 2014. It was the day when we officially modified our name to EWST Educational Center and presented a new logo, which is now fresh and modern.
