Marek Kucharski, MBA

Chancellor

Marek is a graduate of the Biblical Theological Seminary in Wroclaw, Poland (1994). From 1994 to 2002, he served as a pastor at the Evangelical Church “ICHTUS” in Wrzesnia, Poland. From 2002 to 2003, he attended the Residency Program (internship) for pastors and leaders of Christian organizations at Fellowship Associates in Little Rock, Arkansas USA. In 2003, he joined the staff of EST as the Director of Discipleship, and in 2006 was appointed to the position of Chancellor. In 2012, he received a Licentiate (Bachelors) degree in Finance and Business Management at Wroclaw School of Banking. In 2014, he finished his MBA studies at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, USA. Since 2015, he also serves as the coordinator for the Institute of Church Development. His wife is Agnieszka and they have two sons.

Rebecca LeMaster, B.A.

Coordinator for International Projects and Scholarship Liaison

Rebecca is from Little Rock, Arkansas USA. She graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock and joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ. She later received a certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Miami in Florida and worked for several years as a paralegal at the law firm of Wright, Lindsey & Jennings in Little Rock, AR. In 1999, she moved to Poland to work at EST where she cooperates with staff and faculty regarding various projects: fundraising, scholarships, promotion, English website, reports, communication, and visitors from abroad.

Monika Humeniuk, Ph.D.

Development Projects Specialist

Monika is a graduate from the Faculty of Pedagogy at the University of Wroclaw. In 2010, she defended her doctoral dissertation in the area of gender and intercultural studies. At EST, Monika coordinates the organization and realization of projects related to educational, social and cultural activities in the Intercultural Academy of Third Age (for seniors).

Joanna Gacka, M.A.

Coordinator of Remote Education

Joanna is a graduate of the Evangelical School of Theology. Next, she studied and received a master’s degree in Philosophy (specialization in social communication) at the University of Wroclaw. She has worked at EST since 2012 and is involved in the coordination of activities in the field of promotion and media relations, and takes care of the university’s website, social media, and remote learning tools.

Slawa is a graduate of the School of Management and Banking in Poznan with specialization in accounting and auditing. Her cooperation with EST began in April 2012.
